Feel free to contact the Health Center in case of illness, injury, or other health problems or concerns. The center can provide advice and first aid/minor medical care, and also has information about local clinics and hospitals. 

Note: When contacting the center by telephone at any of the numbers listed below, it will be easiest if you speak in Japanese, or have someone who speaks Japanese call for you because staff have limited English ability. When visiting the center in person, and if you do not speak Japanese, it would be helpful to have someone who speaks Japanese come with you. If it is not possible to have a Japanese speaker accompany you, staff at the center may use translation software or services to communicate with you.
